Yes, we will treat your order and enquiry with total discretion.
Your order is sent in discreet and secure, strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package. How do I order?
How do I order?
Ordering items from Perfect Love Toys.com is secure and easy
1. Find the product you want (see section: "How do I find what I'm looking for?")
2. Read about it
- check price
3. Select it
- click the ''Add to Basket'' button to add the item to the basket.
- click on a categorie to find another product.
- when you're ready go to your shoppingbasket.
4.Buy it
- As soon as you confirmed the products in the basket, click "Proceed to checkout" to start the transaction.
- If it's the first time you buy a product at Prefect Love toys, you will need to fill in all address fields and choose a payment methode.
- Click continue after all required fields are filled.
- A transaction screen will appear to compleet the transaction.
- When the transaction is made a window will appear confirming the succes or failure of the transaction.
- Click on "Orders" button in the right menu to get an overview of all your orders and orderstatus.
5. Receive it
- When the transaction is a succes the order will be sent to Perfect Love Toys the process it.
- A e-mail will be send containing your order information.
- if it's the first time you ordered at Perfect Love Toys, you will receive a second e-mail containing your account information, with this information you can login to the website next time.
- With the login information you can track your orders, and you won't have to fill in your address information again.. How do I find what I'm looking for?
All our products are for 99% in stock. It could be that there are more customers who ordered the same item on the same day, when that happens we will inform you by email.
To search for an item, you have a number of options:
type a keyword into the search box which appears at the top of the toy page
take a look at the homepage where you'll find our recommendations for great products, bestsellers and high rated toys. I want to cancel my order
Once you have placed an order and you want to cancel it,
please be sure that you contact us by email or phone immediately.

Global Internet BV transfers all your data using Secure Socket Layers, SSL is an advanced internet security system, to protect the data you provide.
It uses the same encryption method used to protect Nuclear Missile Codes.
Global Internet BV will hold all your data on our protected server, which is not accessible by the outside world.
We don't store any creditcard details. What about postage and packing?
How will my order be delivered?
All items delivered to your address will be dispatched using Local Post. Your order is sent in discrete and secure, strong, padded packaging and does not give our name anywhere on the outside of the package.
How long will it take to arrive?
We ship goods the same day you order them as long as you order before 13:30 Monday to Friday, outside of these times we dispatch goods the next workingday.

How much will it cost?
The cost of postage is &euro 9.95. If you select your own currency on the right side in the shop you can see the shippingcost in your order. I've forgotten my password

We do not send out catalogs, nor do we sell any of your information to other companies.
You can choose not to receive special offers by email at the end of the order process.

Once you unsubscribe, you will be put on a "Global Removal" list which means you will never be mailed again no matter how many times you order from us.
